Forgiveness Is The Greater Power

I'm reminded daily that our world is in turmoil big time. I'm scared, I'm worried. I'm also calm and peaceful. I practice balancing these opposite polarities within myself everyday. I ask myself what can I do? How can I help change the tide?
I remember forgiveness is the greater power. Forgiveness stops the swing of karma. We are all One. Those who are hurting and being hurt themselves, they're me, we're One. I can pray for them, forgive them.
Ho'oponopono is the mantra I use.
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.

I have used this for myself, my friends, my enemies. People I don't know personally but I see them confused and struggling.
There're many people right now confused and struggling.
Many people could use forgiveness to soften the struggle.

I believe the energy from forgiveness is so powerful it disrupts the negative streaming input and output of a confused entity.
They may have an agenda, with focus towards a certain outcome.
As one example, maybe this is connected to abusing children.
However with forgiveness, I believe a massive ray of light/love or love/light passes through this person to the very core of their being. It's power disrupts, even if only for a few seconds, the focus and thoughts of the confused entity causing a glimpse of peace and clarity to respect free will of others, for what we do unto others, we do unto ourselves.
If this is true I choose to forgive. If I were so confused to the depths I was harming the innocent, my greatest hope would be for someone to shed the light/love of forgiveness through me that I may see clearly and choose differently.

I believe this is how we take back our power by offering forgiveness to those of us who are confused. We are all One. The confused represent a portion of ourselves who are also confused not knowing what to do. If we can forgive others and ourselves we regain our power reminding ourselves we are all One. We are the Creator.

Begin with Chard Chips & Kale Chips

Changing a complete diet habit is a huge endeavor. I'm beginning with baby steps. Making delicious chips! I can eat chips everyday and so can my family so this is where my journey of change will begin.

Focus: Everyday stay with my goal. Plan ahead. Get stuff for chips.

Chard chips. So easy to grow yet so bitter. (Cancel out bitterness with citric acids using limes, lemons, pineapples, etc...)

You will need:

Food dehydrator and a blender. (Read notes below)

Salad spinner

Very large bowl

3 Bunches chard washed, stems removed and spun in salad spinner.

Place chard in bowl.

¼ cup olive oil

4 Basil sprigs including leaves and flowers

1 lime juiced

A few chunks of fresh pineapple for sweetness

Blend together in blender until creamy.

(If you want spicy chips add 1-2 tsp cayenne powder or paprika)

(If you want Italian chips add 1-2 tablespoons Italian seasoning)

Mix together with gentle friskiness. You need to massage the mixture all over every chard leaf.

Fill trays in food dehydrator by laying each leaf out. Try not to do too much overlapping. You don't need to break the leaves up, they break when you remove them from the trays

Sprinkle heavily with sea salt.

Place into dehydrator.

145' for 4 hours or until very crisp

Food dehydrator notes:

If you are serious about going vegetarian you NEED A FOOD DEHYDRATOR!

This one is my favorite. I bought the tray inserts, including all the liners for fruit rolls and such. https://excaliburdehydrator.com/

Blender notes:

You are going to NEED A BLENDER THAT MEANS BUSINESS.

I use the Blendtec, it's very old now, and still going.

I'm not getting paid for these suggestions, they're just what I've used and loved. Do some research and find something you can sink your trust into. These will be your biggest purchases on this journey.
