Forgiveness Is The Greater Power

I'm reminded daily that our world is in turmoil big time. I'm scared, I'm worried. I'm also calm and peaceful. I practice balancing these opposite polarities within myself everyday. I ask myself what can I do? How can I help change the tide?
I remember forgiveness is the greater power. Forgiveness stops the swing of karma. We are all One. Those who are hurting and being hurt themselves, they're me, we're One. I can pray for them, forgive them.
Ho'oponopono is the mantra I use.
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
I thank you.
I love you.

I have used this for myself, my friends, my enemies. People I don't know personally but I see them confused and struggling.
There're many people right now confused and struggling.
Many people could use forgiveness to soften the struggle.

I believe the energy from forgiveness is so powerful it disrupts the negative streaming input and output of a confused entity.
They may have an agenda, with focus towards a certain outcome.
As one example, maybe this is connected to abusing children.
However with forgiveness, I believe a massive ray of light/love or love/light passes through this person to the very core of their being. It's power disrupts, even if only for a few seconds, the focus and thoughts of the confused entity causing a glimpse of peace and clarity to respect free will of others, for what we do unto others, we do unto ourselves.
If this is true I choose to forgive. If I were so confused to the depths I was harming the innocent, my greatest hope would be for someone to shed the light/love of forgiveness through me that I may see clearly and choose differently.

I believe this is how we take back our power by offering forgiveness to those of us who are confused. We are all One. The confused represent a portion of ourselves who are also confused not knowing what to do. If we can forgive others and ourselves we regain our power reminding ourselves we are all One. We are the Creator.

Begin with Chard Chips & Kale Chips

Changing a complete diet habit is a huge endeavor. I'm beginning with baby steps. Making delicious chips! I can eat chips everyday and so can my family so this is where my journey of change will begin.

Focus: Everyday stay with my goal. Plan ahead. Get stuff for chips.

Chard chips. So easy to grow yet so bitter. (Cancel out bitterness with citric acids using limes, lemons, pineapples, etc...)

You will need:

Food dehydrator and a blender. (Read notes below)

Salad spinner

Very large bowl

3 Bunches chard washed, stems removed and spun in salad spinner.

Place chard in bowl.

¼ cup olive oil

4 Basil sprigs including leaves and flowers

1 lime juiced

A few chunks of fresh pineapple for sweetness

Blend together in blender until creamy.

(If you want spicy chips add 1-2 tsp cayenne powder or paprika)

(If you want Italian chips add 1-2 tablespoons Italian seasoning)

Mix together with gentle friskiness. You need to massage the mixture all over every chard leaf.

Fill trays in food dehydrator by laying each leaf out. Try not to do too much overlapping. You don't need to break the leaves up, they break when you remove them from the trays

Sprinkle heavily with sea salt.

Place into dehydrator.

145' for 4 hours or until very crisp

Food dehydrator notes:

If you are serious about going vegetarian you NEED A FOOD DEHYDRATOR!

This one is my favorite. I bought the tray inserts, including all the liners for fruit rolls and such. https://excaliburdehydrator.com/

Blender notes:

You are going to NEED A BLENDER THAT MEANS BUSINESS.

I use the Blendtec, it's very old now, and still going.

I'm not getting paid for these suggestions, they're just what I've used and loved. Do some research and find something you can sink your trust into. These will be your biggest purchases on this journey.

60 Days to High Vibration Eating

I have gone vegetarian/vegan/raw before. It had ups and downs and was a lot of work. However I have to admit my energy was through the roof! I was busy, vibrant, enthusiastic and creative which felt amazing.
So after several years of being off the veggie wagon I am climbing back on. I have several reasons why:
  • My body is stiff, slower, heavier and my brain is clouded.
  • I want to have energy again and less ailments like chronic shoulder pain and stiffness.
  • I want to feel and be more tuned into/connected to the Divine Creator.
  • Earth is experiencing the biggest time of ascension with lots of light and love from the Divine pouring in daily. More vibrant food helps with the ascension processes happening in the body.
  • I want to remove toxins that are built up.
  • I want to reduce the inflammation happening from being addicted to toxic food.
  • I like playing with my food so hands on is fun.
  • I know what it feels like to be used as a food source for other entities. Having unwanted negative attached entities sucking the life force out of me making me feel drained, tired and zombie like. Why? Because they consider me a lesser being, or they need my light to survive. I have participated in this style of treating other animals like a lesser being (cattle, chickens, pigs, fish) and eating their life force. I believe I can do better. I apologize and I'm sorry, and extremely grateful for your sacrifice.
If you are curious about doing anything vegetarian then go for it. We have tons of info on the internet to help us along the way.
I will share some of my yummy recipes I had when I owned a vegan/raw cafe, along with some new stuff I am trying out now.

The reason I say 60 days is simply because it takes longer than 30 days to change a habit.
After two weeks of eating healthy you will notice a huge difference in your energy and your body.
Nothing happens overnight, however you will notice deeper sleep, clearer dreams and better intuition.

If you are on an extremely toxic diet, you will notice detoxing happening in your body. Weird random aches, pains, headaches, sinus pressure, stomach sensitivities, intestinal changes and emotional surges going all over the place can be some signs of detoxing.

Tips for detox:
  • Be patient with yourself and others
  • Stay focused
  • Drink plenty of good clean water (filtered, not tap)
  • Have one day a week you can fall off the wagon if needed, but be sure to get right back on again the following day.
  • Have plenty of high vibration snack foods around to help with urges and cravings
  • If you can do this food change with a friend, do it. Support each other during the whole process. Use each others strengths.
  • It will get better.

Did We Forget Something?

Original meaning of 'sin' (to forget):
Think if you will of the scripture passages stating that 'Jesus/Jehoshua died for their sins." If he died because we had 'forgotten' who we are, this would change everything about religion.
One won't get far enough in religion to truly awaken, why? Religion has distortions which cause more confusion. Just like in the example of sin meaning 'to forget.' Religion sets one up to believe in an external God. This is very confusing in a way that to become 'like God' one must be judged by this external God and then placed in the area you've earned. Once placed, you live there for eternity. So those who don't make the grade don't actually get to become 'like God' at all. Hmmm, better luck next time I guess?
Further confusion comes as fear of this 'judgement'  when one becomes fearful of offending God and at the same time completely full of adoring love for God's tender mercies and blessings. How can one truly attain growth being in complete fear and complete love at the same time? If this were a marriage between two people this would be a considered an abusive and co-dependent relationship.
  • "I'm afraid of him/her, but I truly love him/her and will do anything for him/her to make him/her happy."
  • "I know that it's stressful at times doing all the things he/she asks me to do, but I know in the end it will all be worth it so I consider it a blessing to have him/her in my life."

The questions:
  1. "Am I afraid of being judged for the things I have fallen short of in my lifetime?"
  2. "Do I believe Jesus atoned for my sins and where I fall short, in the end he will make up the difference?"
If Jesus is going to make up the difference for us all why have judgement in the first place, for anyone? Why not call it an analysis instead of a judgement?
In my opinion this does not make any sense and it gives away the responsibility. I feel I am responsible for my growth as I am Divine in my nature. I need to strive to understand what I can from each experience. In the end, I decide if I am ready for the next lessons, or if I need to repeat a few in a different way to understand even deeper meanings from within each one.

Cosmic Possibilities

Possibilities that include everyone on a spiritual path:
  • Could it be possible that we're all connected somehow in this big multi-verse?
  • Could it be possible that we're evolving, growing and experiencing life here on earth as sub Logoi and have forgotten?
  • Could it be possible that we're not alone on this journey? That those sub Logoi who've made it further along in evolving awareness than we have are currently trying to help us awaken and remember through dreams, synchronicities and promptings?
  • Could it be that we're all the Divine Creator disguised through a veil of forgetfulness and confusion?
  • Could it be that we decided on our own to come here to this earth, at this time, knowing we would completely forget who we really are?
  • Could it really be that in being Divine in nature, we're all responsible for our own actions and thoughts while we're here?
  • Could it be that our mission is to remember who we are, to love others as our self like Jesus (originally called Jehoshua) taught during his lifetime?
  • Could is be possible that Jesus/Jehoshua was trying to teach those of us alive during that time of awakening about the 'Christ Light' or the 'Christ Awareness' that we are all One and what he/Jesus does we also can do?
  • Could it be that after we pass through the veil in this life we only are responsible for ourselves, to judge ourselves and decide where is best for us to go next?
  • Could it be that we're all spiritually connected as sub Logoi, capable of evolving into even more awareness, having the strength to accomplish this within our mind/bodies/spirits at this very time?
